A young man's school project: "WILL THERE BE NIGGERS IN HEAVEN?"

So, Black people can't even get a break in HEAVEN? Damn! LOL...WOW! REAL TALK: Watching the political climate, the pretentious pageantry, bigotry and disrespect of OUR PRESIDENT from the GOP/Republican/Conservative/Tea/Cocktail Party it's only a matter of time before one of them publicly calls President Obama a "NIGGER"... It's getting awfully close. Their real fears and inner hatreds are being fueled by the fact that they just can't get him to come down to their level and they are stooping in places even maggots would consider foul. The issues of RACE in AMERICA remains a subject that is taboo and diversity matters little if qualified people of Color are not placed in positions of authority and leadership. The scales of justice have not been balanced and this little boy's project is proof... Thought (no check), Action (no check), Shared his gospel (no check), New Converts (no check)... Nobody CHECKED his arse, but little does he know there is a bank that will help him cash it. #SeeUatThePearlyGates-Signed Bouncer (Not a check) I must state the importance of having diversity in leadership and authority allows families and communities to create generational wealth. Our world, advancing on the microcosmic level (families and local communities) won't change until the leadership does. Our communities are not being empowered because we are still fostering the same ineffective policies that govern and gauge people's opportunities and their abilities to take control of their lives. In the work place people tend to hire, recommend, promote and relate to those similar to themselves (culturally) or those they know. It's not rocket science. So if people that have been disenfranchised for centuries, grossly misrepresented to the populous and by unjust laws prohibited from making a dignified means of living are not cultivated, educated properly and allowed equal opportunities to advance, their communities as a whole suffer. If each community's tax dollars were properly dispersed for education, proper health care, new business development, retention of already established businesses and the other needs that that community needed in order to flourish leaders would blossom. Those leaders would mentor and nurture leaders within their communities creating a greater balance in social and political justice. Then projects like the picture above would never surface from the dross of a human's heart because his world, community would never tolerate such a hateful and lowly stream of consciousness. Our successor's moral and ethical gauges would start higher and their actions would follow suit. Shame on the adults in this community that watered the soil for this hostility to grow. It's important for us to celebrate how far we have grown as a species, but we must not lie in ignorance refuting that the struggle for humanity's civility has been won. We are just beginning to awaken. Someday war will be considered a laughable, even preposterous option. LET'S TALK AND LISTEN. LOVE...Because That's ALL There Is.
